These are the goals for 5 of the leafs top defencemen this year. Sure Reilly got a few in the playoffs but they were luck seeing eye shots that Vasy should have had.

Look at marners last negotiation. This guy will almost certainly test UFA or demand insane money so any team acquiring him will have to view it as a 2 year rental. How many times have we saw teams just collapse and force toronto on PK and be super effective at it rewatch the game where Carolina had the zamboni driver in net. perfect example of what im talking about. its because teams are collapsing in because they dont fear the point shots.
