Pretty intriguing team. If some of those younger guys in D take big steps, could be a big difference from last year.

Garland is bang average and Geekie isn’t worth 3 picks no matter how low they may be. You can sign players as UFAs as good or better than them.

Pretty good overall eh? Figure inject some youth but without your annual big contract trade in there and such. Low cap hits, high rewards, etc.

Garland isn’t average, when he’s on his game he’s an above average top 6 winger. And he would certainly be gifted 2 line-mates to allow him to play at that level with the Pens.

Geekie is most definitely worth those picks with the contract he’s gonna be on, his age, and the season he’s coming off of in a deep depth Kraken team.
