Description
Tomasino novak duchene were doing good prior to injuries

Forsberg glass were developing chemistry prior to injury

Kemell is doing great in the AHL. Give him a shot in a sheltered 3rd line. Parssinen is a good body that controls the puck well. Sherwood is the little engine that could bringing speed and chaos. Hopefully this can open up some room for kemell.

Defensive minded 4th line.

Trade deadline, if novak is doing well and not extended trade him for a 1st plus and shift parssinen and joey up set sissons back at C and put McCarron in there.

Barrie and trenin are odd men out. Livingstone looked good. Pnly 1 season away from ufa so wrap him up for a couple years. If injuries occur, stastney is first callup.

Unless we can get a top notch C prospect via trade, there is no point of moving anyone else.

I'd be interested in having Sherwood as a 13th forward and trying to move the Edmonton first for LHW that can help us now, maybe Crouse.

I actually think this team has an outside shot at a wildcard spot

I'm looking more towards finishers. This team has a lot of playmaking talent but not a lot of raw goal scoring. Crouse is a big power forward (still only 25) who can pot 20+ goals (I'd go 30+ on Nashville).
If AZ would part with our Edmonton first I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I'm not entirely sold on Farabee. He's shown glimpses of talent but aside from one 20 goal in 55 game season back in 2020-21, he hasn't really done a whole lot.

I know you said "somewhere" so I won't go crazy here about Barrie, but Barrie clearly makes less than zero sense for the Pens. That said, the Pens should be all over Trenin with that deal.

I remembered penguins agms having interest in trenin so i made that one first. Couldnt think of a good barrie location so i didnt want to put a different team in so i just did the penguins again.

I see kemell and Evangelista as up and coming players with finishing ability. Duchene and forsberg are both good for 30ish. Outside of Novak our Cs are all basically playmakers. Thats why i wouldnt shift anything major unless we can find a quality center prospect.

I dont see alot of potential in him due to lack of foot speed and mobility so id be ok with a mid round pick. I feel like he was a throw in to make cap work on the jeannot trade.

I think this is really good however I would get rid of Cole Smith for a 6th/7th rounder and put in Janko or McCarron as well as putting Sissons at C on the 4th line and moving Jo to the wing, I can get behind everything else you did though.

Id be game for that but i think as long as Hynes is around smith isnt going anywhere. I like having sissons/joey together in a defensive format since theyre both great at the faceoff. If 1 gets kicked out the other takes place and we are still good.
