I'm not saying its bad value, infact I love Mangiapane, theres just no reason for the Flyers to give up draft picks for a player they don't need. Fine value (I think you can get a little more even) but the Flyers aren't the right team. Leave Ruzicka for a 3rd and then trade Mangiapane to a contender

I think Toffoli would be really good in Carolina. That being said, the offer here is a bit heavy. Either a 2nd and 3rd/4th or a 2nd and someone like Drury or Suzuki is fair. Maximum value I would offer is 2 2nds, with the comparison being Arvidsson to LA.
