He absolutely 100% is better than him right now, but obviously Quinn has huge potential.

Quinn put up 14 goals and 37 points this year, on a DOWN year DeBrincat had 27 goals and 66 points.

Quinn was a rookie, and I believe he is more talented than Cat is. Even if the point totals don’t look better yet, they will soon.

What makes you think that DeBrincat would leave Ottawa for the likes of Buffalo? Plus i don't see Kevyn Adams giving DeBrincat $9,000,000 per and needing to give big money to both Rasmus Dahlin and Owen Power in the summer of 2024.

I'd say there's a 30% chance Quinn ever scores 40 goals and 75+ points in a season, DeBrincat has done it twice already.

Most analytics experts say his worst case scenario is that he will be a top six winger. And Cat seems like he might be in an early decline.
