I take it the 2024 1st rd pick being there means that the Devils didn't win the cup in the 23/24 season, let alone made it past the 2nd playoff round?
(it's not to late to edit a sharks trade in as to reflect the condition being met)

I really hope that Bratt signs for longer than three years. Feel like this team would lose a step going into 26/27 without him.

If you were his agent…taking the Reinhart route (3-years and still 27 at UFA)...probably looks like an attractive option. We know Bratt likes to bet on himself.

(And we can always sign him for the fifth time)
