Burns is 38 making 2 x $8,000,000 Chiarot is 32 making 3 x $4,750,000 sorry the wrong team is retaining and Detroit passes. Not trading the 17th and a 2nd for a RHD way past his prime.

Burns only makes 5.3 against the cap because San Jose is retaining. Plus, Burns just had a 60 point season. This isn't nearly enough for him
