Offer sheet Swayman as Boston can't afford to pay both Goalies given their cap situation.

Anaheim could use some size and needs D, can help support that young skilled core. Even if it's not Anaheim, Rutta can get something back and he really doesn't fit Sullivan's system so any draft capital and clearing the space is a win.
