Hawks don't want/need Murray. I know, I know last season you sent us Mrazek, and we have cap space. But last season we had 2 goalies under contract. Now we have 4. Mrazek and Soderblom are in the NHL. Murry doesn't fit unless you overpay. And that isn't happening.

There are roster limits and a cap system so value is derived from a concentration of talent at any given position per dollar spent. Anderson isn't even in his prime and is a top pairing RD on a cost friendly contract.

If the trade doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, then it isn't at a realistic value.

Probably either the Rangers 2nd or the Hawks 3rd. Nothing better than that.
