Stammer is likely untouchable

Stamkos has on multiple occasions said he will be here through his contract he WON'T WAIVE!!!!
Cirelli pretty much untouchable. TBs cap situation is not nearly as dire as you make it if you think one of those guys are available without a grotesque overpay. Stamkos not at all.

Stamkos is still the face of the franchise, won't waive, and probably will retire a Bolt. Dude can still score too.
TB isn't moving Cirelli since he's the 2C, a selke candidate, and just signed that monster extension and would be a horrible look if we traded him before it kicked in.

But yeah, there's no way TB moves either without massive overpayment or at all.
