I don’t think they’d take that offer. I’m not opposed to adding him but nothing significant can go back the other way and I would imagine Philly will want one significant piece back.

His value wont be any higher than a late 1st and a 2nd rounder.

Andersen in 2016
Bobrovsky in 2012

These are older examples, but there haven't been any recent trades with young goaltenders in my recent memory.

If we are moving a franchise goalie we obviously want at least 1 significant piece

As you should but we aren’t the team in the position to give that up.

I wouldn't mind adding a younger guy in kidney rather then harris but I'm not sure how philly fans value kidney as a prospect.

I don’t think adding Hart does much for our rebuild. We would be better off staying one more year with the goalies we have.

My thoughts as well, with allen imo being unmovable with his new cap hit I think betting on monty for the next couple years will be fine, and hope we draft Milic, Gajan, Bjarnason

Is better than anything you have. It’s funny that everyone wants Hart yet nobody wants to pay for him. I listened to every fan on hear for the last month saying the Flyers would be lucky to get a 3rd for Provy, funny how that worked out isn’t it?

Will be coming back to the thread after a deal is made to either make fun of myself or you.

At that price point no.

What has hart done to justify those kinds of returns. And before ypu give the philly is bad answers even his analytics that account for that such as goals saved above expected have shown him to have terrible numbers in 2 of the last seasons.

Hes not materially better than vanacek hill kahkonen lehner etc who have gone over the last few years for way cheaper.

If thats the cost just give Hill an offer or pull a different goalie whos younger and still has higher upside. Hart isnt worth that

Hart isnt close to a franchise goalie, or Philly would keep him...

He's an average goalie who stuggles to keep a .900 save%, isn't locked on a long term contract and is tangled in rape accusations.

Keep polishing that turd.

Yikes lol this whole post is so incorrect it’s laughable. You think the NHL would let them move Hart if he was one of the prime suspects? No so the fact that they are letting the flyers shop him tells u he is fine. Hart is 100% a franchise goalie on a bad team and still has over .900 SA%. Most goalies wouldn’t on the flyers.
