I definitely wouldn't want Miller, but at the right price it's certainly possible that Jarmo might trade for him if he thinks he's a center and not a wing.

Nothing. Those players are cap dumps and Chicago is rebuilding not paying for veteran cap dumps

I don't feel Garland is a cap dump, but with his term and cap hit, he doesn't have a lot of value either. I'd propose Myers half retained, Garland and the 3rd to the Hawks for Chicago's '23 5th rounder.
