CBJ trade seems fair, although I wouldn't take Hayes personally. You're right though, at a lower cap hit he isn't terrible.

Seattle trade seems fine, although I would imagine they may need to move another winger out.

They aren't moving Knies, not saying Carter isn't worth it but Toronto just won't move him, and rightfully so

Konecny is a great player but Seattle has depth on the wing and a great offense "by committee." Thus I don't see them being in the running for his services, certainly not at the cost of prospects and picks of that value.
