While I won't argue the value, it's probably about right, I would say there's a 99% chance only one cap move is made. After Myers is dumped, Garland is no longer negative value. Teams are using their leverage to force us into moving an otherwise positive value player because of the situation we are in. Therefore on moving Myers, Garland is no longer a problem. Or vice versa.
I'd sooner see us slide down a few spots and pick in the 1st round still, or move lower level assets w/ 1 of them for FC.
A move like this would be looked at for a long term as killing the team, regardless of how fair it is in the moment.
