Doubtful. You're turning Ceci into a $4.6M defenseman with that retention on Peeke and the Jackets are almost certainly going to have Jiricek in the lineup over the next two years. That would mean they're either paying Ceci or Gudbranson to sit out while costing them $4M+. The Jackets want to be playoff competitive now so they're not going to sink that much money into their bench.
