I’d assume Danny wants a 2023 1st and a 2nd or a 3rd but you don’t have a 2023 1st. Danny isn’t waiting til 2025 for the 1st if he turned down 1sts in 2023 so it would have to be your 2024 1st with no protection and a 2nd I would imagine. It’s not about what I want it’s about what Danny is asking for.

The only comparable I can’t think of is when Mark Bergevin traded their 1st for Dvorak… and that move literally helped lead him to his firing

Anyway, as long as Dorion is the Sens GM, he's going to continue to damage the rebuild so that wouldn't surprise me. He's way out of his class

Thankfully he started the rebuild with Karlsson, Stone, Duchene, Pageau, etc and Chabot, Batherson, Paul, etc
