I think any team's fans over value their players. Foegele and Yamamoto won't bring any assets to Philly, they're a border line cap dump. Now this deal for a top prospect a 1st and a 3rd would've been fair if TK had a contract for 1 season. I could see PHI being interested in a deal around Bouchard.

I think Bouchard's value to the Oilers is similar to the value TK brings to the Flyers. As for Foegele, yes he is a borderline cap-dump because not many teams are looking to add $3M players that contribute 30pts. Would the Oilers like such players? why not?

Oilers need more foegeles. Issue is they don’t have the cap for it because of Campbell, yamo, Ceci, etc. flyers do not have this problem

That's the thing, half the league is cap strapped until next off-season. I agree with you that there will be a market in a year's time. The Flyers won't be competing for a playoff spot, and Foegele isn't young enough to be a part of their future core. That's why he's likely a zero asset for the Flyers.
