Idk, man. If Boeser costs a 1st, I don't want him. I was under the impression his value was, not negative, but low, considering his cap hit, term, and play in recent seasons. I'm down with acquiring that 11th overall, but not at ANY cost.

Boeser is the 2025 Tor 1st for 2025 Van 2nd... I think this one would get lots of support for VAN fans too...

Actually, his bonus isn't paid until September, for some reason. I was surprised when I found that out. Weird way to structure a contract. Also, I think that TOR 1st was a tactical move by Davidson, anticipating that if TOR starts losing guys like Matthews, Marner, and Nylander, the whole thing could implode and that pick could be VERY nice, and if it's top 10, that could possibly be even better because the 2026 1st would be unprotected.
