Yeah, but don't forget the income-tax thing. Plus the depressed real estate market there, and the thrill of automatically being on a Stanley Cup contender again.

Lehner has too many questions (health, BK) for AZ-plus 10m over 2years when they dont need a goalie, also they have so many 3rds this year. Prolly a different rebuilding team might bite.
