Description
-Keep the kids in Rochester for one more year. They're 19. No rush, and the offense is bountiful enough. Foligno fills out the bottom 6 with some toughness for one year and moves out of the way for a young scorer after that.
UPL trade assumes Minny moves a goalie and wants a low cost backup to Fleury or Gus. Cap relief etc.
Comrie can be waived if no trade market for him, and hey, maybe a slim chance he's a great Rochester guy.

It's not enough for Pesce, but it's a start. Swap Olofsson with Joki and maybe include the Philly 2nd and I could see it (using the framework of the Provorov deal). Poltapov won't have much value given how the league is evaluating Russian players right now (Just look at Michkov) but if the 2023 1st is on the table, there's a conversation to be had

That was my sort of first attempt at it- 1st and Philly 2nd and VO instead of Joki. Figured Carolina has great bottom 6 guys (and will probably keep Staal) but they need a little more punch. Couldn't find a great spot for Olofsson and figured the retention does them a solid to help with the return.

I'd probably do 1,2, Joki. Maybe two firsts if 2024 is protected.
