Zegras and Terry are getting too much here in my mind.

8.5m x 8 years for Zegras is more than enough. Even then it's a lot but that should be fine. 8 x 8 would be very good for both sides.
I think 7m x 8 years for Terry is reasonable. Bratt just got 7.875m a year x 8 and he is a more defined resume than Terry.

I know. I am of the opinion that Gibson is worth a 2nd to every team in the league but Ana, who would demand a 1st + for him.

That is why he won't be traded.

I'd rather keep Gibson if the team isn't getting a 1st round pick back. I believe he's better on the team than whatever players the team would get with mid round picks

Totally fair. I don't think anyone sees Gibson as being worth a 1st and Ana won't trade him for less. Therefore, he won't be traded.
