Start bringing guys in who have contributed in the playoffs or who have won. I would much rather pay the price for Barbashevs or the Bertuzzis

One thing that excites me about Brad Treliving was how he mentioned on one podcast about how he likes to build his team through free agency. Now that's a GM!

Keep Brodie. And Bert has won exactly nothing! In fact he was part of arguably the worse choke job of the past decade; record setting reg season to crash out in 1st round to lowest seeded team. Get real with yourself

Yamamoto is also a 20 goal scoring PKer and we're on the verge of having to buy him out. I don't think the 1mil difference in cap justifies the difference in value your proposal suggests- especially given he's 32 and signed for 3 more years.

Bertuzzi is a proven winner? He never made the playoffs with Detroit. Was placed on a record setting team and lost in the first round.

Jarnkrok 1.1 g/60 compared to Yamamoto’s 0.6 g/60 while being glued to McDavid or Drai’s hip.

Being paid 30% more for a much worse season than players who make that much less will make you a buy out candidate pretty quick.

We are happy with Jarnkrok and what he’s done here so we aren’t desperate to ship him out like you guys are trying to get rid of Yamamoto.

Not the best comparison. A late 2nd isn’t really that much anyways, we see worse players be traded for that at the deadline pretty frequently.
