    VAN definitely says yes - I think van would throw in a pick for NJD to accept IMO

    Tyler Myers is BAD. I don't care about the "He only gets $1m after the bonus..." This doesn't help NJD when they should be doing whatever they can to improve short of mortgaging the future entirely.

    Canucks take that deal after adding a sweetener. And Myers probably looks decent as a 3rd pairing, 15-minute a night guy.

    Not the most mobile guy in the world, but covers a lot of space. And could work as alternative to Walsh at 3RD. I think he gets beat up a lot because the salary was so high. Cannot be worse than Smith.

    But it's not Myers or nothing. This would be a huge waste of cap space. Rather go for Brodie.
