This trade might only work for the Kings if Pierre-Luc Dubois accepts another qualifying offer. Then the Kings can sign him long term next season. Of course this only works if PLD is willing to commit to the Kings long term.

Cali taxes are in the TOP 5 highest in the country I think, rumors say Dubois wants money I don't see him taking less than 8 unless he goes to Florida, Tampa Bay, Dallas, Nashville where the taxes are favorable

I still think Winnipeg gets more. Friedman on the marek show saying they’re bidding wars. Gotta think it takes one of Byfield or Valardi to get it across the finish line.

Good concept, but might require a different or additional piece to offset Winnipeg taking Iafallo for cap relief.
