Not a terrible trade imo. Honestly, even if the timing worked out I think both teams are saying no. I'm sure CAR would be happy with one-for-one but I think Debrincat has more value. Also (my main issue), OTT doesn't need another top 4 dman. The only way I could see them pursuing a dman if they have a third team to flip them to. Yes it would be an upgrade over Zub or at least lower Chabot's minutes but I think they should be addressing their goaltenders prior to their d

Canes don’t even consider Pesce for DeBrincat 1-1, let alone adding Jarvis.
