no 4th line because there isn't any cap space.

Minnesota can’t afford Marner and completely depletes their already weak centre core to do this. This isn’t close to acceptable, regardless of value, for those reasons

Value is fine but two late firsts and two prospects don’t do much for the caps right now. Also Wilson won’t be moved but if he were this would be considered (since the team would be rebuilding if they moved Willy)

The second line is better, the third line is better, the fourth line is better the defense is better… with tons of grit. More scoring options? Marner and Nylander had 99 and 87 points respectively. Marner averages over 100 points per 82 games. Nylander had 40 goals.

Hartman has 15 points in 35 playoff games. Wilson has 31 points in 83 playoiff games. Ek has 10 points in 26 playoff games.

People don’t realise the types of players they have in Marner, Nylander and Matthews.
