Hawks decline both trade offers.

As has said here many times before, they are not paying anything to acquire Yamamoto and provide EDM with cap space.

As for the VAN trade, the picks more or less even out so the Hawks would take on Myers cap hit for nothing? It don't work that way.

Maybe planning for maximum performance bonuses? But even that would be a bit low. Maybe they were thinking of the max bonuses from a couple years ago.

Myers contract expires before the Pettersson extension. If you don't know anything about Vancouver it's fine to say so

So if Myers contract expires the same year as the Pettersson contract, then the Pettersson extension kicks in after the Myers contract expires. It's not difficult to understand. Myers contract will be over when they pay Pettersson

Beauvillier, Myers, Pearson. Yep, I think 13 mil covers the cost of Pettersson and Hronek extensions. Also, the only player that is on contract for more than 4 years is JT Miller. Wtf are you even talking about? You clearly know nothing, so stop pretending like you do
