Seravalli's revelation about not a single pending UFA being willing to re-sign with Flames no doubt will affect the stance of how Conroy will approach this draft as a new GM. Just a theory, but beginning of the end when they threw all that term and money at the guys they added last summer. Obviously had to do something, but probably frustrated and pissed off some of the fellows that grew up in the organization.

Nah. Despite his huge scoring rate the guy wasn't even a regular in your lineup, especially in the playoffs. I fail to see where such trade value comes.

If Kraken truly values him this much, then we'll drop Sprong from the deal and replace him with a lesser asset...after all, Seattle has a lot of mid-to-bottom-6 guys to negotiate with.
