Keep overvaluing your player. Easy pass from Calgary, LA, Ottawa and Montreal

I was just thinking because both players have said they aren't going to re-sign maybe Scheifele comes in and signs an extension. He would be a nice complimentary piece along with Kadri. Also Appleton gives the Flames some speed and help on the right side. Appleton can play any line. He is also signed for 1 more year after this year. But thanks for your constructive input!

LAK has been rumoured to be interested in PLD. The pieces from LAK I thought were more than fair. Turcotte hasn't played any NHL games yet. So I included him instead of the LAK #2 pick in Byfield.

MTL I think jumps on this to get out of the Anderson contract. Jets take it on because they need some grit.

OTT needs help on the RHD and Pionk is a good fit for them. They also would love a guy like Lowry. a 3rd line C that plays edgy like Brady does on the top line. That team would be tough to play against. Pinto is the odd man out. Ostapchuk is still a few years away from being NHL ready. OTT seems to be more win now than WPG does.

Well, that's a different Pesce trade than the usual. Would still need to figure out 2RD, but intriguing.

Hard pass from Ottawa. We don’t really need a RHD anymore and if we refused to give up Pinto for Chychrun we’re certainly not giving him up for Pionk

Pinto is so much more valuable than Pionk. Habs pass so easily. Vilardi= Dubois

If Holtz is included in a Hellebuyck deal, then it'd be just Holtz.
Even then I'd want the Devils not to trade him for a rental like Hellebuyck.

Only way NJ does this deal is if there is an extension in place in the 7 million range, otherwise its a pure rental and not worth trading the A level prospect in Holtz

7m would still be very hard on the cap for Hellebuyck as he's already at the wrong side of 30.
If you cannot get him at a Kuemper level of an AAV the Devils should steer far clear of Hellebuyck.

So I have seen alot of other ACGM teams and Holtz seems to be the guy coming back to WPG in a Hellebuyck trade. So I'm asking because I'm not familiar with the NJD prospects but is Holtz more untouchable than Mercer? or are they both non starters for Hellebuyck?
Also Hellebuyck has said that NJD is a place of interest for him. Also he signed a very team friendly deal in WPG to keep the squad together to make runs at Stanley Cups. Obviously that didnt happen but I can see Hellebuyck being that nice guy and sign a team friendly contract with a team like NJD that has a very strong future. $7-$8M would be very plausible.

Who do the Sens have at RHD now besides Zub? Chychrun, Sanderson, Chabot, Brannstrom are all LHD. Zub is the only NHL RHD then Sens have. Pionk would fit nice with Chabot!!

Chychrun and Sanderson can both play both sides and will likely be paired together
