Description

This is what Chevy should be doing. I’ve been a fan of him and a defender of his but I’m just about out of patience. He needs to blow this up.

Dubois absolutely must go this offseason. Beyond that every other player who could be dealt could be moved during the season.

Buyouts should be used on both Wheeler and Schmidt Neither is an immediate or long term need. Clear roster space for younger players.

Dropping from 14 to 18 is the equivalent to 54 overall. So you're saying it would cost 2 2nds to dump Granlund. Get outta here.

Tyler Johnson, Jason DIckinson, Colin Blackwell, Cole Guttman, MacKenzie Entwhistle, Reese Johnson = every last Chicago Black Hawk on their current roster allegedly capable of playing center. You think that Kyle Dubas can't work out a deal for a couple of prospects to move Mikael Granlund that would be cheaper than a pick swap OR giving up a second, never mind BOTH?

Just to add, his 5M cap hit will help them reach the floor and he's actually a decent player even if he's not a 5M guy.
