I mean... as a Wings fan I accept. That is fairly inexpensive for Debrincat - assuming there is a signed contract for him ironed out beforehand.

For Ottawa, seems not half bad, though I'm not familiar with Thomson outside of what DopperProspects is telling me.

For Philly though, feels like they're getting the short straw.
