Ugh....you really arr bringing in Quick to play about Schmid just because Schmid can play at the AHL??

If so, why are Holtz and Hughes up if they can be sent down?

Just because we can put Schmid in the AHL doesn't mean we should. If he continues to be as good as he was last season hes going to be better than both Quick and VV. Save the .5m and just dont sign Quick.

Ideally we would add another goalie that could also play in AHL…either by being waiver exempt…or someone that could clear waivers. The best option for the latter may be an overpaid vet.

Please keep Quick as far away from the Devils as possible.

I believe in Schmid, but also believe in Blackwood. Honestly don't think it be a bad idea to have a experienced vet in the locker room to play a few games mentor VV and Schmid.
