I think Kane coming back is very real - he is injured for a long time I dont think anyone is signing him now. And he is home here in Chicago. Vladar, maybe hes a 3rd round pick but nothink more and arent Blues trading Krug?

No to Krug and Vladar. Why does everyone want to make this team meh? Why can't we just be bad, stack prospects and go big in FA/Trades in 2-3 years?

Because it’s important to put actual good NHL players around Bedard like most teams do when they get a generational talent…

When they are ready to compete they will do that. They are not there. Not even with Bedard.

The Penguins didn’t stick Crosby to the wolves his rookie year. They put experienced players around him. If you want Bedard to develop properly which should be the number 1 goal, some vets around him is a good thing…looks like they’ve already started in getting Foligno and Hall. Not saying it should be Krug, but dmen that can get the puck up ice to Bedard and company should also be a priority
