We could’ve had Michkov and Gulyayev. We deserve better than Reinbacher and Newhook

thats the problem with people here, they dont understand the value in defenceman and just look at the big numbers that fowards put and are in awe.

this is a prime exemple : look at what this team could look like with all these foward! you also have no one playing defense. You have to actually draft defenceman sometimes!

Hughes never buys in he’d be gone by now, hayton is a 2C, it’s a good pick in hindsight. Cooley is absolutely the right pick, caufield was certainly a swing and a miss but söderstrom is still going to be a 2nd pairing guy. Hurts missing the 40 goal capable player though. Personally I love Simashev, I think that’s a home run. But is questionable, but Bill lead the charge for tage so we shall see

Slowly building big tough team to play against, more size and skating added, thought for sure they were going to get michkov or benson and offset with a dman, but possibly a team approach to keep getting athletic big guys.
