Nope just enforcing "Sorry, you are rate limited. Please wait a few moments then try again" policy seemingly at a much higher rate then usual.
I refreshed looking at multiple viral feeds for roughly 2 hours this morning cause it Free Agency Kickoff and ive not used twitter all week
I got that message. Welcome to Musks Twitter so watch the refresh rate once your off time out

Logged onto my Family Friendly boring version and its still up and running .
Im literally replying on it right now to news about Raptors signing Schroder

im using my back up still
Havent clicked on the live feeds just my timeline
No issues

My Primary is still down
days like today cost money to maintain the servers at such a high rate.
I've never recieved this message before today though and admittably i was jumping back and forth a lot.
Losing Fred Van Vleet hurt then you got the BS of Reinbacher>Michkov and Wrestling had Braun Stroman debut .. There was a lot to take in

But now im just using my timeline on my other one no issues

Yeah mine started doing that on the 2nd account about 40 minutes ago
It seems like its breaking down on multiple levels now
2 Accounts 2 different error messages and i gotta assume there's an issue on a larger scale then i thought.
I thought it was Musk cutting corners but the thing might actually just have crashed
