I felt the same...but im a sabres fan 🤦‍♂️.
If only we had a pile of assets and young players we could trade for a solid 2nd pair guy on a good deal.
Or if only our gm knew we had....

His on-ice goal differential was 20 better than expected. That was only good enough for third pairing in Boston, but he should be second pairing in Buffalo. If so, then this contract is a steal.

He only has 5 more penalties than he drew. That's not bad.

He's a decent 3rd pairing defender. Definitely not worth this contract signed today

He's gotta prove he can handle more minutes and play smarter hockey in order for this to work out. If not, he's a slightly overpaid 3rd pair guy.

Awful contract only because they didnt give him a 1$ signing bonus to get it to 10 mil

I pitched Jordan Harris at 1.4M AAV over 2 years many times but some Sabres fans said they were better solutions than paying 2nd rounders. Overpaying a bad player, I guess, is a solution in Buffalo

He played a big part in Boston losing game 6 in Florida with multiple brain cramps. Had he been scratched like most of the series..Boston probably wins the series and maybe the Cup
