O'Reilly siging is temendous value, but doesn't fit the team's need. Why would they buyout their two centers just to sign a center for four years doesn't make sense to me for a rebuilding/retooling team.

Johansen and Duchene are lazy players for the most part at this stage of their careers. Trotz wants to send a different message to the young players on the team and in the system. The moves Trotz made feels more like a culture change than anything else— and I’m for it.
