You don't think the OP's proposal is enough of an overpay? It's on par with what NSH was asking for Saros, at the deadline. When I think of what a team could get for a package like that, a year of Lindholm wouldn't be near the top of my shopping list.

I’d rather not make the deal if you want tomasino a 1st and a rhd prospect. We’ll just wait to pay him next year when he becomes a ufa. I’m beginning to think that Nashville will never rebuild so I would want to see them go for it instead of standing pat. Lindholm is the number 1 center we need to compete and nylander is an elite forward that will probably take close to 8.5-9. Samsonov is a good filler until askarov is ready. I think this team could compete for the cup. Either compete or rebuild. This whole being average is getting old
