Description

Ideally, neither of these guys gets traded but if they must, this is how i reconstruct the roster.

They get bigger on D while adding some more sandpaper. Stanley could be swapped out for another big feisty D if need be.

There are no rumors, just speculation to fuel the mob discussions. Nylander is actively negotiating a contract extension in TO. He certainly isn't going to be traded for less than he's worth.

Seattle should stay the course. Giving up the years of control they have over Tolvanen/Wright, plus their LD2/PK1 in Oleksiak, for a pair of rentals is rushing something that isn't quite there. I don't think the value is terrible, I just think that it makes more sense for the Kraken to continue building depth throughout the organization instead of going all-in in their 3rd season of existence.

Also, I feel like Winnipeg will move on from Stanley for much, much less than that. And if you're just looking for a big 6th/7th D type, why not sign Patrik Nemeth or Nathan Beaulieu from UFA instead of spending assets for a basically fungible player?
