As a leafs fan absolutely love this trade would maybe change Lilly for a different asset but would absolutely do it if that's what it came down to.

Unfortunately there's no way Lou would do this trade Nylander wouldn't mesh well with the system and atmosphere they've cultivated on the Island.

They Islanders say no. Dobson runs their power play and he's cost controlled. They're already against the cap and can't afford the guys coming over.
