Buffalo isn't doing that.

Very unreasonable contracts too

With Savoie, Benson, Kulich, Ostlund coming, Mitts is almost certainly getting phased out in the near future.

And I fail to see any “very unreasonable” contracts that you speak of.

Mittelstadt and Nelson for starters

If he's being traded it won't be for this stuff

Mittelstadt is a bridge deal but regardless I think you may be overvaluing him.

Nelson would be 34 here and already starting to regress. Nothing out of the ordinary there imo.

Mittelstadt is already on a bridge deal. He's not getting only a 1 million dollar raise after putting up 59 points and as a ufa

I'm not much of a Mittelstadt fan, and I agree that his time here is limited (hopefully. Sometimes I hear adams talk about Casey being part of the core and I think he actually means it). Having said that, there's nothing in that return that I want.

Sabres won't take that Mitts trade. Addison isn't a fit for the team's D core needs and no need to add more forward prospects. Mitts for Gustavsson makes sense for the Sabres, there really aren't any other pieces Minnie has that help the Sabres now or in the near future

Mitts might- key word, MIGHT- get traded
But it won’t be for that
