I'd say no as the Canes at this point. Toronto needs to increase its leverage by getting rid of its cap issues.

Too bad, I'm driving Willie to Carolina as we speak. I even made him some goodbye muffins. I figured that muffins are round and have no corners so he won't be afraid of them.🙂
