No question from a talent perspective(Mo for Nylander) this is a reasonable take. But there's a 0% chance Detroit moves Seider for anything. We're rebuilding my guy, Seider isn't being moved for an older guy(older than him) and a bunch of cast offs

hes signed or traded by the start of the year, wont lose him for nothing, why overpay here to pay the exact same contract and also lose other pieces and a first. enjoy purgatory for the next few years

They've been that for a whole 1-year, wow... The linear progression of a team is insane....

But, winning a single playoff series win in 20 years is basically the same situation as Detroit's, just 5 yards ahead lol.

Liljegren in Detroit would be a bottom pairing RD and the 1st would be very late. They don't have the kind of value you think they do.
