Probably close to what it will look like which means it’s looks like another long year.
Farrell would benefit playing in Laval judging by how he looked last year and I don’t think anyone will trade for Armia or Hoffman even with retention unless Habs add draft picks which is unlikely imo

These fellas won't be traded this summer and Dvorak isn't healthy when season will start

Yeah easy prediction when you just click your fingers and make 2 players disapear. Buried would be more realistic.

one of the two will, I'd bet. Teams could get some good use out of Armia retained.

And when did he get injured again? last season?

March 15, 2023 - that's like 4 months ago...when he got injured. Come on man.

You are speaking out of your hat and it shows.

MTL have no need of cap space, so if Armia is useless for the Habs, why would he be useful to another team ?

I don't think its a long year at all!

The expectations are on the floor and as long as most of the team stays healthy, it'll be fun to see the bright spots of each developing asset on the team. Let them develop some chem, see what it takes to be a dominant NHLer, and take time building a real contender. Most Habs fans who've been paying close attention for the last 20 years, should be sick of the lack of urgency to improve the team - and riding a hot goalie or stars, without a true identity in the league. This coming era for Habs hockey will be scary - enjoy the lack of pressure for now!

He is only no use based on the direction this team is going. Armia was a very useful playoff asset and good defensive bottom six to have on a team that needs some size and muscle. He's not a tough guy but he has an upside. He could slot into the bottom six on any contender and uplift their PK if needed and be hard to play against. He's proven it since he left WPG. You gotta watch everybody regardless of their scoreline.

I know Armia is decent, but MTL will keep him until someone pays to acquire him
The Canadiens had so many injuries that they won't get rid of players just to make room for unproven players
Armia will be easier to dealt with less terms, with retention of course

Sure Grant McCagg!

You've joined in May 2022, I've been here since 2017. Disagrement and difference of opinion is part of this forum. So far you haven't based any of your comments in anything tangible - how does that make your opinion better than mine.

Feels a bit pretentious buddy.

This comment right here just exemplifies the delusion the users of the website suffer from.

Hey man: it's an interactive hockey website. You could be having an argument with Steve Yzerman for all you know. This chronically online ego of "Ive been makin ACGM's for 75 years; I know who knows the game of hockey and who does not!" is craaaaaaaaazy. Hockey is a sport for everyone, just because you spend hours making fantasy lineups and criticizing others doesn't give you supreme hockey knowledge. Chill out.

Lmao you guys are so dumb it's not even funny
The guy above is always way off with his trade proposal, always way off on every guy he is signing
All of the line up he makes never come close to what they are in reality

Sure bud, go touch grass.

I've went through your posts - you are one to throw rocks while living in a glass house!

Its a fantasy website- sometime I take 30 mins to make a post, sometime 10 between tasks at work. Sometime I spitball ideas with others in the forum, and the trade is meant as a first offer to start a discussion where I get to learn more from other fan base about their wants/surplus.

You don't know anything more than me - you just have a different opinion and clearly an inflated sense of self importance.

Which would be okay if you supplemented your opinion with details and opinion with actual arguments rather than using authority arguments.

Yep, you've predicted nothing in your time here as well. We're in the same boat. It's an interactive hockey website, if you truly displayed knowledge of the game you wouldn't be flexing your ego on a fantasy website.
