Panarin's backhand cross seam passes are useless now. Not moving him to the right is holding this team back.

Laffy probably gets more money

I’m all for Kreider on the 3rd line to get Kakko and Laffy more top 6 EV time. Kreider and trocheck showed some chemistry with speed and they both get special teams time

I agree with all the comments above. Based on the Miller contract, I figure Lafrenière gets $2.5M - $2.75M.

There are a number of ways to set things up. I'm interested to hear feedback from all of you.

First Line: Lafrenière LW - Zibanejad C - Kakko RW ----- Second Line: Chytil LW - Trocheck C - Panarin RW (Filip is not strong at the dot, but he is strong along the boards. I think he is ultimately a left winger)

Third Line: Kreider LW - Bonino C - Wheeler RW ----- Fourth Line: Vesey LW - Goodrow C - Belzile RW

PP1 Forwards: Lafrenière - Zibanejad - Kreider - Kakko ----- PP2 Forwards - Chytil - Trocheck - Panarin - Wheeler

This version is the best bet, in my opinion. I am normally a Jones guy but given the position we're in, Gus is the better bet right now. Goodrow better have a big year.

They literally went a man down just to get Kane lol

And it’s only in the beginning of the season while they accrue cap. It isn’t hard

Agree re: the wildcards. Cuylle and Othmann and no objections to your take. I think Lavvy will be tinkering a bit when the season starts, of at least I hope so.
