I wouldn't be surprised if this thing came full circle and Pesce extended for just 4-5 years at around $7M. If he's good with it I think that's fair.

Offer is good but seems like BUF moved on, Pesce didn’t want to waive reportedly.

I wouldn’t accept any trade involving Krebs for Pesce to be honest. I’d offer Ostlund, Jokiharju and a 1st as long as he signs an extension

Sabres are VERY unlikely to trade Krebs
Mgmt here loves him- he was a “must have” piece in the Eichel trade & he’s been developing into a nice 2way forward for us

If we were to trade for Pesce- & that’s a big IF- we wouldn’t wanna move an important player like Krebs off our roster
It would be strengthening 1 roster spot to weaken another,
& we’re trying to win this year
