I like the Ottawa trade.
Not to sure about the trade with San Jose.
If you take Kevin Lablanc out and put in a draft pick it would the trade a lot more sense.

It doesn't really make sense for Ottawa unless Joseph is headed to Vancouver.

Put in a draft pick attached to Myers to send for future considerations, right? Myers does not have draft-pick return value at his cap hit.

It's Joseph + 3rd for Garland

They could get a young rising 2-way forward and still cost controlled, for Erik Brannstrom. Not going to trade him for an overpaid winger... Unless the Canucks retain let's say 1.95 AAV
