I would honestly consider this, one can do a lot worse than Desmith for the backup job, and who knows if Kravtsov will ever come back to the NHL, as much as I trust Allvin to be able to step up with an effective pitch to bring him back

well yeah he’s probably gonna get bought out cus of DOC arb. We probably told DOC to go to arb lol. I just wanted to see if it would work

I assumed this too but didn't Dubas say he had options and wasn't going to buy out anyone?

If he stays I feel like he needs to play in the top 6 somewhere. Maximize his skillsets. I feel like if you throw him at 4C getting heavy dzone starts and faceoffs he'll just get destroyed.

Only option would be buyout which is most likely. Don’t see Dubas paying a premium to move him. I just wanted to se what the roster would look like if we did keep him.
