Just curious I have been seeing alot of Nylander for Peeke swaps is there something going on in your local media pushing this? Personally I wouldn't be opposed to the idea but I rather counter point with 2025 1st overall as he's a rental we really don't need just yet but I can see him being a valuable TDL swap option this year for us. I think CBJ fans are more on board with moving out Boqvist than Peeke at this point ironically though I think we all want to see Jack gone, still this isn't really in our best interest with the current stage of our rebuild as we are trying to move to the next step. That being said as long as you don't mind a short bench Toronto can make their cap work now and don't need to throw the baby out with the bathwater at this point.

CBJ pass. We don't need more Ws, and I wouldn't want to pay Nylander what he is going to demand. Partiuclarly since he isn't exactly going to benefit from having an Austom Matthew or Tavares as his C (though I do have hope for Fantilli long-term). We're also trying to clear out D, not add them (even if I really like Liljegrin).

I'd rather keep the year of Seeler, he played above expectations last season and isn't a gamble like Timmins seems to be.
