My guess is they'll evaluate where they're at this year and next year make a playoff push. Reichel, Bedard and Vlasic will be in their second full seasons, Oliver Moore, Frank Nazar, and Kevin Korchinski will be making the leap most likely. And then that UFA class is insanity. I can see Davidson making a splash. Then, that'll be his real test. How does he manage a capable team because a lot of his trades have been underwhelming and his signings have been overpriced.

If you had kept those players would you still have Bedard?

Nope and it, hopefully, will be worth the road of bad trades, cap casualties, bad drafting to get Bedard.

Well with Korchinski, Nazar, Reichel, Moore and Bedard I think Chicago is off to a good start.

Hossa = Big name in FA next year or the year after
